Important Instructions Before Your Health Checkup

Follow these guidelines to ensure accurate test results and a smooth health screening experience:

• Get at least 6 hours of sleep before your checkup.

• Avoid food and drinks for 8–10 hours prior to your appointment (Fasting required).

• You may drink water to stay hydrated, especially for blood sugar and cholesterol tests.

• Do not consume alcohol for at least 24 hours before your checkup.

• If you are taking medication for high blood pressure (hypertension), continue as prescribed by your doctor.

• Bring along any previous medical reports or test results, especially if you have chronic conditions.

•  Make sure you don't do any heavy physical activity 24 hours prior to your test.

•  Inform doctors about your current medicines and allergies.

Additional Preparation Tips

• Wear loose and comfortable clothing for easy access to your upper arms.

• Women should avoid checkups 7 days before or after their menstrual cycle.

• During menstruation, avoid urine tests and Pap smear tests, as results may be inaccurate.

• It is also recommended to avoid mammograms during your period.
